Welcome to this quiz that tells you your attachment style in the workplace. Our attachment style is an indication of how effectively we build relationships with others, yet retain our own sense of autonomy. A secure attachment style means that you are comfortable in relationships, but are still your own person and can stand on your own two feet. An anxious attachment style means that you focus too much on relationships, whilst an avoidant style means you prefer to keep your distance from others and stand alone.

Your dominant attachment style is formed in childhood through our relationships with our parents and other caregivers. But your style can change over life, depending on the quality of relationships you establish as an adult and also varies depending on the individual(s) concerned. You may for example feel very secure at home and more avoidant at work.

This quiz asks you to answer the questions based on your relationship with your immediate team.

At the end of the quiz you will be asked to enter a username or code. We use this to identify your answers if you choose to take part in any Lysna research. Please enter the code you have been given by a Lysna researcher if applicable.
